A Bit About Me

Welcome to Carrie Lambert Pilates. I am a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor based in North Northumberland where I teach Pilates in my studio to individuals as well as small classes in various locations. I initially trained in Mat Pilates with Kim Well in Northumberland before taking my Pilates Masters Certificate with JPilates Ltd based in London and my Graduate Certificate with Maria Earle in Barcelona and have continued my eduction with Danica Kalemdaroglu at Pilates804.
